Lion Exteriors provides residential and commercial exterior services including roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior painting in Central Iowa. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are detailed in individual written estimates and contracts. Work begins only upon signed agreement and any required deposits.
3. Estimates & Contracts
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the conditions known at the time of estimate. Changes in scope, unforeseen structural issues, or material price fluctuations may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials are provided in your project contract and vary by service type. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and are passed through to the customer as outlined at the time of installation.
5. Insurance & Licensing
Lion Exteriors is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request. We comply with all applicable Iowa state and local licensing requirements. Customers are encouraged to verify licensing and insurance before work begins.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Typical terms include a deposit to secure materials and scheduling, with final payment due upon substantial completion. We accept check, card, and other methods as agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lion Exteriors liability is limited to the value of services rendered under the specific contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Iowa law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Polk County, Iowa.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with a revised date.
